What to do:
- Optional: In a small bowl, mix chia seed, honey, and water together. Stir until well mixed and let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
- Combine watermelon (or fruit of choice) and mint leaves in a pitcher. Add ice, juice from two limes, and chia seeds (optional).
- Pour sparkling water over ice.
- Garnish pitcher with sliced limes and diced watermelon.
- Drink within 48 hours for optimal taste.
