What you'll need:
  • 1 liter sparkling water
  • 2 cups watermelon (or fruit of choice), roughly mashed
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds, optional
  • 1 cup water for chia seeds, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup for sweetener, optional
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced for garnish, optional
What to do:
  1. Optional: In a small bowl, mix chia seed, honey, and water together. Stir until well mixed and let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Combine watermelon (or fruit of choice) and mint leaves in a pitcher. Add ice, juice from two limes, and chia seeds (optional).
  3. Pour sparkling water over ice.
  4. Garnish pitcher with sliced limes and diced watermelon.
  5. Drink within 48 hours for optimal taste.
