What to do:
1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chopped onion for about 3 minutes, until soft.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in turkey and cook for 5 minutes, until browned. Stir frequently to break up the turkey.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the green onion. Cook 5-7 more minutes until everything is heated through, stirring frequently. Sprinkle green onion just before serving. Enjoy!

- 1 15.5 oz. can no-salt-added pinto beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 15.5 oz. can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 14.5 oz. can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 3/4 cups no-salt-added chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
- 1 6 oz. can no-salt-added tomato paste
- 4 medium green onions (green part only), sliced
