What to do:

  1. In a blender, combine 1/4 of the banana, 1 pitted date,1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup cherries, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup ice. 
  2. Blend until smooth and divide among 3-4 glasses. If it is hard to blend or you prefer a thinner consistency, feel free to add another ¼ cup of milk and blend again. Be careful to keep sides of glass clean. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to keep layers separate.
  3. Next, combine 1/2 of the banana,1 pitted date,1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup ice. This will create your creamy white layer. Repeat the same steps as above.
  4. Add the remaining banana,1 pitted date,1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt,1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup ice into the blender. Repeat the same steps as above.
  5. If you are short on time, you do not have to freeze them. You can drink it as it is, but keep in mind the layer will be mixed easily.
