Buffalo State College
Buffalo State College works hard to help students make healthy choices in their traditional dining facilities, but they were eager to help promote their healthy menu items in the Campbell Student Union. Working closely with the staff at Compass Group and the campuses Registered Dietitian, over 30 Healthy Options were identified in the Campbell Student Union. The food service staff is working to create even more healthy meals and incorporate the Healthy Options program into the Argo Tea dining area as well. Check out the Buffalo State College Healthy Options here!
Potsdam University
SUNY Potsdam has committed to making healthy eating a priority. Working closely with their food service department, Healthy Options has analyzed over 40 recipes and identified 11 items as Healthy Options already. Partnering with their Department of Community Health, a new internship program has been established. Our first intern started in January and is working closely with campus food service, the campus marketing team, and Healthy Options to help create new healthy menus on campus, and promote a healthy eating campaign on the SUNY Potsdam campus. Check back to see what healthy items their campus has to offer.
