We have been serving our Famous and Original Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup for nearly 10 years now! We first put it out on our popular soup and salad bar as one of our 4 soups we serve daily. At first people lifted an eye up, questioned our spelling, and wondered how we got the bones out! Then we started to have it out more frequently. Customers asked more and more when are you gonna have it again. We then started to bring it out to festivals, caters, and special events. It got to be so big and requested that we decided to have it out every Wednesday. Well people waited for it to come out and got so busy on Wednesdays that we had no choice but to have it out everyday! It was then the wing soup phenom began!
