Center Street Smokehouse, est 2001, is dedicated to the true down home taste of the Old South, slow cooked over oak and hickory wood until just right. They serve over 30 tons of BBQ every year pulled pork, St. Louis cut dry rubbed ribs, Texas beef brisket BBQ chicken, prime cut steaks and chops, and unique sandwiches.
