What to do:
- Cut chicken into thin strips and coat with jerk seasoning!
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 165F. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
- Add pasta to the pan and top with pepper strips, green onions, garlic, broth and milk. Stir slightly and cover the pan and bring to a boil.
- Once it comes up to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook covered until pasta is tender.
- Stir-in parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
- Return chicken to the pan, stir through and enjoy
