What to do:
- Wash and soak all fruit with cold water.
- Chop and core apple into small pieces.
- Peel nectarine, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Peel and slice banana into small rounds.
- Cut off top of strawberries and cut into quarters.
- Chop grapes in half.
- Peel orange and chop wedges into half.
- Chop mango: Stand the mango, stem end down, and hold. Look for two wide sides starting at top, place knife about 1/4 inch from center and cut down through mango. Repeat with opposite remaining wide side. Cut flesh of wide sides by slicing them in cross-hatch pattern, make sure to not cut through skin. Push skin inside-out and cut pieces from skin.
- Add all fruit into a bowl and mix together.
- Serve 1 cup per serving and enjoy!
Optional: Pour over Greek yogurt or drizzle with honey.
