- Spread 2 Tbsp. guacamole in the center of a tortilla.
- Add half the rice, beans, cheese, corn, lettuce, salsa and onions on top. Roll into a burrito.
- Spray a grill grill pan and heat on low. Place burritios on pan at low heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with a side of salsa or guacamole.
