What to do:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chopped onion for about 3 minutes, until soft.
2. Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is lightly browned.
3. Stir in the broth, garlic, paprika, turmeric, and pepper. Continue to cook until the chicken is cooked all the way.
4. Place chicken on top of romaine, with chopped cucumber, tomato, parsley, and feta. Enjoy!

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. cumin
