Lemon Garlic Salmon with Roasted Asparagus

1 filet and 1/2 bunch asparagus

What you'll need:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of pepper
- Lemon slices
What to do:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic and pepper.
- Roast for 15-18 minutes until the salmon's internal temperature is 145F.
- Squeeze lemon over the salmon and garnish with fresh parsley and additional lemon slices.
- Serve with a side of quinoa or brown rice for a healthy whole grain.
