Rudolph Tortilla Roll-Ups

What you'll need:
  • 2x10” whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Wegmans Light Cream Cheese
  • 4-6 roast turkey slices, lean
  • 2 tsp. cranberry sauce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 mini pretzel twists
What to do:
  1. Warm tortilla wraps according to package instructions.
  2. Spread thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
  3. Place 2-3 roast turkey slices in the middle of tortilla.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over turkey slices. Roll up wrap into sausage shape and fold in the sides of the tortilla inward as you roll.
  5. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 6 bite-size pieces.
  6. Break pretzels in half to create "antlers."
  7. Using a knife, cut a slit on each side of the tortilla piece to hold the pretzel "antlers."
  8. Push two halved pretzels into each slit.
  9. Carefully push a tomato into the center of each roll to create a "red nose."
  10. Serve as it is or with your favorite dip!
