What you'll need:
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh, rinsed and drained
  •  1/2 cup plain, nonfat, Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • ½ Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¼ cup almonds or nut of choice, crushed, toasted, optional
What to do:
  1. Place blueberries and strawberries, alternating each berry on a stick (blueberry, strawberry, blueberry, etc.) until fruits filled ¾ of the stick.
  2. Dip fruit sticks in yogurt and place it on a flat tray. (Optional: Coat sticks with crushed almonds.) Freeze for an hour or until frozen.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in microwave for 20-30 seconds intervals until smooth and melted. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on fruit sticks.
