What you'll need:
  • 2 cups non-fat milk, or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 nutmeg, dash (optional)
  • 1 handful of ice (optional)
What to do:

1. Put the ingredients in a blender. Blend well.

2. Sprinkle with nutmeg if you like.

3. Serve cold and enjoy!
