Chicken Brochette

What you'll need:
- 1 T. Paprika
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. harissa spice
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tsp. dry thyme
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. white pepper
- 1 ½ lb. skinless boneless chicken breast-cut in cubes
- ½ lb. button portabella mushrooms7 (6”) wooden skewers
What to do:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Coat the cubed chicken pieces with the dry rub.
- Place in cooler for 1 hour.
- Skewer chicken and mushrooms, alternating between chicken and mushroom.
- Cook for 12-15 in 375-degree oven
