What you'll need:
- 2 lbs. medium size carrots
- 2 tbsp Harissa spice or paste
- 1 tsp Olive oil
What to do:
- Peel carrots and place in medium bowl
- Add oil and seasoning to carrots.
- Place carrots on grill and char till tender
- Serve and Enjoy!
