What you'll need:
- 4 oz. black rice
- ¼ tsp. Marinated Black Rice Sauce
- 1 sheet mango puree wrap
- 0.75 oz. cucumber
- 0.75 oz. mango
- 0.75 oz. sweet potato
- 2 oz. avocado
- ½ tsp. sweet soy sauce (drizzle outside)
What to do:
- Marinate black rice with the sauce – mix well
- Roll marinated black rice with cucumber, mango, sweet potato and avocado
- Wrap with mango puree wrap
- Drizzle with sweet soy sauce on the outside
- Slice into 8 separate pieces and serve
- Enjoy!
