Greek Turkey Burger

What you'll need:
- 2 ½ Lbs Lean Ground Turkey
- ½ Cup Egg Beaters
- 1 ½ Cup Chopped Spinach
- ¼ Cup Red Onion
- 1 ½ Cup Roasted Red Pepper
- 2/3 Cup Low Fat Feta
- 1 Tbsp D’Avolio Greek Seasoning
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Dice red onion and roasted red peppers.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until all items are evenly distributed.
- Portion burgers to 5 oz patties.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes (or bake for 10 minutes and finish on the grill 2-3 minutes per side).
- Serve with 3 oz of Greek Potatoes and 1 oz of Tzaziki Sauce.
