What you'll need:
  • 12 oz. piquillo peppers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 oz. cilantro
  • 6 oz. D’Avolio Garlic Olive Oil
  • 4 oz. vinegar
What to do:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a container
  2. Slowly stream in the oil until fully incorporated
